Smoked Brie on the Yoder Flat Top Grill

Here’s a delectable addition to the holiday table this year that centers around Brie cheese, a soft and smooth melt-in-your-mouth cheese with a bold buttery flavor. The Brie was smoked on the Yoder Smokers Flat Top charcoal grill at low temperatures, then topped with cranberry and honey for a sweet, savory and smoky holiday treat that is over-the-top delicious. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 1 bunch of rosemary or thyme, remove stems and mince
  • ½ cup cranberry fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the wood plank with the brie on the grill grates.
  2. Close the lid and smoke the brie until it has softened through. About 40 to 45 minutes.
  3. For the last 10 minutes, stoke the fire to searing temps.
  4. Carefully remove the plank from the grill and allow it to rest on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers and toasted baguettes.
